Access to coach via Skype, Facetime, email, or text messaging daily as needed.

This plan is for the athlete who is fairly independent, but may still need some communication with the coach. 

Access to coach via Skype, Facetime, email, or text messaging up to 4 times weekly.

$90/mnth

This plan is for the athlete who is independent, and needs very little interaction with the coach.

Access to coach via Skype, Facetime, email, or text messaging up to 2 times weekly.

$70/mnth

  2. Weekly customized training schedule with detailed workout description and instruction.
  3. Training log review; modification and fine-tuning of training schedule as needed.
  4. Running-specific stretching and strength training tips to help you develop more efficient techniques and prevent injury.
  5. Nutrition guidance for training and race day.
  6. Recovery guidelines for training and race.
  7. Injury advice and modification of training schedule.
