Hot and Sticky

So the dog-days of summer have begun. Hot, sticky days (and nights) make out doors exercising unappealing. Now is a great time to set a goal for the Fall. I'm meeting today with one of my running partners to plan the training schedule for our fall half-marathons. (I've already payed for the registrations.)

Although a 13.1 mile race is attainable for many (who train) there are shorter race distances for those less intrepid.
