I might be a bad fit for you
The relationship between you and your trainer should be mutually satisfying. Just because I am a knowledgable trainer does not mean that my personality is a match for yours.

It could take a lot of money to get results
I can absolutely assure you that I can help you see results in as little as 30 days if you work with me 3 times a week for 45-60 minutes each session, but it will take 4-6 months for you to realize significant weight loss or muscle gain.

The muscle comes later
Understand that for the first number of sessions, (5-10), I will work on building foundational strength, balance, and muscular endurance. This process gets you ready for more demanding and physically challenging sessions to come.

My certifications may not mean much to you
Good trainers are not born. We certainly inherit some good personality traits but the rest is gained through study and experience. 

Recruit a couple of friends to save money
A group of three is very cost effective and still has a strong personal aspect to training.

If weight loss is one of your goals what you eat plays a key role to your success. Your trainer can advise you on healthy eating.

It takes more than money or showing up for training sessions to make you fit and healthy
It’s what you do before and after you meet with your trainer, including choices with food, alcohol, workouts, and a commitment to a new lifestyle.

Know what your trainer does to keep educated in the field
An educated trainer will get better results and provide variety to keep you engaged and motivated in your workouts.

It is important to put forth 100 percent effort during your sessions. Let's be honest, this is the only time you have set aside for your better health goals. Use it to its fullest.
