Humans, like all living things have a limited life span but unlike all other creatures we can determine, mostly, what we do during that span of time that comprises our existence. We can make decisions that affect ourselves and also influence others who intersect our lives. One of the most important and far reaching choices we can make concerns health and wellness. Setting goals, even the smallest, can greatly increase your chance of succeeding. Especially when the subject is related to fitness (AKA work), and healthy living, the use of goal setting is extremely helpful.
